It was a rainy day, but still fun, nonetheless. ImportAtlanta.Com, Mainstream Performance, NOPI, NOS Energy Drink, Thinline IT, Zen Motors, Traffic Jam Motorsports, and friends/supporters put on a great event. The food was free, which I heard ran out very quick. There was plenty to do and see. The turnout was great. The video only covers about half the cars that showed up. The Old School Japanese Car meet was held at TunerFest, as well. I can only say so much. You just had to be there. I added some screenshots. Enjoy the vid! It’s at the very bottom.

For those that have not heard of this monthly meet in Atlanta, at the Varsity, it’s something else. I, do, enjoy covering it from time to time. Every first Thursday of the month is when it occurs. There’s all different types of cars, bikes, and trucks. Pretty much anything goes. It’s becoming so crowded, all the spots fill up by 7 o’clock in the summer time. Well, enough jabberin’, on to the pics:
I wanted to post this up for a local [Atlanta, GA]. His name’s Alex. You can find more info by following the links below.
Listed on ImportAtlanta and 240Atlanta.
Here’s a quick snap of it from our last old school meet:
Sorry guys, I’m a little behind in posting up my coverage. If you’re on Import Atlanta, then you’ve seen my initial post. Here is the thread. And QD’s thread of pics. There were quite a few cars I missed.
On to the pics from the meet at the Georgia International Horse Park. It was a lot of fun. This was our first time combining our meet with a Fourth of July Festival. We have, also, been invited to return, next year.
Garage Zero was out in full force. There were a lot of old schoolers. –lot of really cool cars. –only Japanese cars in this vid, but there were plenty of other makes/models.
We camped out on Saturday. –got a chance to do touring laps, both, Saturday and Sunday. Towards the end you’ll see our Datsun 710 and FB rx-7. Video was being shot from a Corolla TE31.
I had to shorten the vid a little bit, so some of the music is out of sync to where it was supposed to be. I already see so much that needs work and I’m already working on it–in the videography department. –hope to bring you more! Enjoy!!
We didn’t do too much. –even the dents were left. We just wanted him on the road and flexin’.
Another 1976 Toyota Corolla graces our stable. Chassis code is TE38. –original paint. Parts of it have been buffed–others, clear-coated. –weber carb. Front springs were heated and the rear has been dropped on 3″ blocks. Rear exhaust pipe was added for good measure. Wheels are 14×7 Enkei 92s. If you see him on the road, don’t forget to wave.
