Can’t take all the credit for the beautiful Black Datsun 510 that I own. Most of it goes to a guy in San Diego, Mr Anderson. I have had it for a year now, so this is like a year in review but including my first build which I didn’t complete. Hope everyone enjoys and hopefully sometime next year I will make a video of my 620, but it is still a work in progress.
Update: Car is now for sale. Check this thread for the full listing.
I snapped these shots a while ago. I hear the car’s all primer now. The guy’s name is Myles [sp?]. I believe the wheels are 14×7 Konig Rewinds. He used to have a red e30 that was dumped on some sportmaxx that fit just right. Anyway, enjoy the pics:
It was a rainy day, but still fun, nonetheless. ImportAtlanta.Com, Mainstream Performance, NOPI, NOS Energy Drink, Thinline IT, Zen Motors, Traffic Jam Motorsports, and friends/supporters put on a great event. The food was free, which I heard ran out very quick. There was plenty to do and see. The turnout was great. The video only covers about half the cars that showed up. The Old School Japanese Car meet was held at TunerFest, as well. I can only say so much. You just had to be there. I added some screenshots. Enjoy the vid! It’s at the very bottom.
I have here various 510 parts. Rear light lenses and chromes, Glove Compartment, Turn Signal, Datsun emblems, Steering column, Hood Cowl, Hood arm stand and mount. .. Make me an offer.. willing to sell separately or as a lot. Taking all cash offers. The only thing not pictured is the cowl but I can provide that picture.
Seller’s name is Brian. I bought an L28 from him in the past. Him and his Pops were real coo. If you’re interested check out his listing on ImportAtlanta.
Sorry guys, I’m a little behind in posting up my coverage. If you’re on Import Atlanta, then you’ve seen my initial post. Here is the thread. And QD’s thread of pics. There were quite a few cars I missed.
On to the pics from the meet at the Georgia International Horse Park. It was a lot of fun. This was our first time combining our meet with a Fourth of July Festival. We have, also, been invited to return, next year.
Garage Zero was out in full force. There were a lot of old schoolers. –lot of really cool cars. –only Japanese cars in this vid, but there were plenty of other makes/models.
We camped out on Saturday. –got a chance to do touring laps, both, Saturday and Sunday. Towards the end you’ll see our Datsun 710 and FB rx-7. Video was being shot from a Corolla TE31.
I had to shorten the vid a little bit, so some of the music is out of sync to where it was supposed to be. I already see so much that needs work and I’m already working on it–in the videography department. –hope to bring you more! Enjoy!!
